Submission Guidelines
Respect the confidentiality and privacy of both victim and offender. No personal data concerning any party involved should be submitted. These are your clients, not ours, and any breach of confidence reflects upon you. Please see our legal disclaimer for more information.
Tell us your story, not your company’s. You have no doubt come across one or more cases that are worth sharing in your experience as a P.I. This is the place for you to share those stories, not case studies or company background and information. It is often said that fact is stranger than fiction, tell us your story that proves it is true!
Submit your own stories. This site is designed to share stories from the perspective of the private investigator that handled the case. If more than one P.I. was involved in the case, try to tell the story from your own perspective and include the roles of the other private investigators as necessary. Do not plagiarize or submit false stories.
Use proper formatting. Your submissions should be formatted and written to the best of your ability. Poorly written stories will reflect badly upon you, and stories that are unreadable and incomprehensible will not be published on the site. At your request, we can have an editor examine and make simple grammar and structure changes to your submission for clarity. We will not rewrite poorly written stories or create content for you.
Promote yourself. At the end of your story you may include a short paragraph about yourself including your contact info. If you have a website, include it here and we will link to it. Do not submit company advertising or marketing in your submission as it will not be included and may prevent your story from being published on the site.
Please see our legal disclaimer for other important information. If you have any questions or concerns about your submission, feel free to contact us by email at .
